Software Exorcism

My question is about a pop-up software that I need to Remove. Please read my detailed question.?

I have panicware pop-up blocker software installed somewhere on my computer and I cannot get it off. I have tried add-remove programs and it is not there I have deleted the folder and that did not work. I also, before deleting the folder, tried to see if I could uninstall the software and the uninstall program was not there. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to have software on your computer that you cannot remove. I almost feel like calling a priest and performing and exorcism on this computer. Someone who knows anything about this problem please help. I don’t want to sound like James Brown but Pleeze, Pleeze pleeeze hep me.

Reinstall panicware into your computer,it will overwrite whatever files that are still there,if panicware comes with an uninstall,use that,if not go to your add and remove programs in your control panel and use that
