where can i get information about skill migration to Australia?

im willing to apply for the skill migration to Australia, i am a senior Software Engineer who is having 3 years experience on java,j2me and c#.net and holding B.Sc degree for computer science.
so i want to know more details about Australian Skill migration.

First you will need your skills assessed by the Australia Computer Society (www.acs.org.au) – you will need a 3 year bachelor degree equivalent to an Australian bachelor degree, on top of that you will need 3 years post-qualification work experience.

Once the ACS assess your skills positively you can apply to the Department of Immigration for skilled migration – you will need to pass the points test for one of the visa categories. In the points test you can score points for age (you must be under 45), skill, work experience and english language ability (you will more than likely need to sit IELTS www.ielts.org).
