Current salary in dubai for IT professional?

Hi All,
I am a software professional with 4 years of exp in an MNC,India.
I got a job offer in Dubai. Salary is 12000 AED .
Company will provide medical benefits but no housing and transportation provided.
Is it a good package ? Please suggest.

Whether or not 12000 AED is a good package depends upon many factors.
Assuming you are single yet, and you go in for bachelor sharing accomodation, then you should ba able to save a substantial amount.
